REGISTRATION GUIDELINES

Once your paper is accepted, the registration phase begins. The last date for registration is 15 March 2024.
Make sure that you have submitted camera ready paper and author feedback in CMT
At least one of the authors of each accepted paper must register and present the paper at the conference for the paper to be included in the conference proceedings and forwarding for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore.
Registration fee covers conference proceedings, conference kit, coffee breaks, working lunch and banquet dinner.
An author can register a maximum of two papers. The fees for second paper comes at a discounted rate of Rs.2000 (18% GST extra) for Indian Authors and 50 USD (18% GST extra) for Foreign authors.
In case of Student Author, he/she is required to upload a valid ID proof of being a student during the registration.
In case of IEEE Members, IEEE membership number and membership card is required to upload during the registration process.
Maximum page limit of a paper is 6 pages in 2 column IEEE Conference paper format. The papers exceeding 6 pages (a maximum of 8 pages) should pay an extra page charge of Rs.1000/- (18% GST extra) for Indian authors and 20 USD (18% GST extra) for Foreign authors.

Registration fee can be paid via payment gateway (3% service tax) or by direct account transfer.

Kindly pay the registration fee inclusive of 18% GST. (Please refer Table 1 for registration fee inclusive of 18% GST)
International authors kindly make payment via Payment Gateway
Please enter the camera-ready file name (ICEMPS_3digit paper ID) in remarks column while making the payment.
After making payment kindly take screenshot of your transaction receipt.
Once the registration fees is paid, enter the details by clicking the and upload the screenshot of the transaction receipt.

PAYMENT GATEWAY (3% service tax)

In the new payment gateway window appearing, click the Register button. Enter your details.
Select the appropriate registration packages and make the payment. If you are registering second paper, click add-on option in the gateway.
Foreign authors select the currency as USD.
Author will receive the payment details in registered mail id. Upload the screenshot of payment details in registration form
