GUIDELINES FOR PAPER SUBMISSION

Instructions

1. Use only IEEE standard two column conference paper template. Please refer to the IEEE template from https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html for the preparation of your paper.

2. All papers must be submitted online via CMT submission portal.

3. The maximum length of the paper for review is 6 pages including references.

4. The maximum File Size allowed is 10 MB in PDF format without encryption and/or passwords.

5. All submissions will be thoroughly single-blind reviewed by experts based on originality, significance, and clarity.

6. Only papers presenting original content with novel research results or successful innovative applications will be considered for publication in the conference proceedings.

7. Papers having poor quality and/or high similarity index will be desk rejected (without review).

Procedure for Uploading Papers

1. Go to the paper submission CMT website https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/ICEMPS2024

2. You will see a dialog box below with the ICEMPS 2024 emblem on the page. If you are new to the CMT, click "Register" at the bottom of the dialog box:

​​    4.  Once registration is complete, login again to CMT using your credentials.

   5.  In the Author console appearing, click 'Create new submission'

   6.  Enter the "Title", "Abstract" (not exceeding 2000 characters), "Authors" and enter email ID and details of all the

        co-authors (Name, Designation, Institute and the Country to which your institute is affiliated etc.)

   7.  Select the primary subject area under which you need to submit your manuscript.

   8.  Upload your manuscript by clicking "UPLOAD" button
